Berners Street – United Kingdom (VKE)

Located near Oxford Circus Station, the Berners Street project involved the meticulous construction of reinforced concrete sub- and super-structures, covering approximately 7,000m² of development. Following the demolition of existing structures by others, our team undertook the creation of a deeper basement and the erection of new reinforced concrete frames ranging up to seven storeys.

A key highlight was the extraordinary attention to detail in achieving high-quality concrete finishes, which accounted for 80% of the exposed structural elements. The work was pivotal in securing our shortlisting for the prestigious Concrete Society Awards in 2022.

Groningen 4 – Netherlands (VKE)

The project is a state-of-the-art data centre designed to support the increasing demand for cloud computing and data storage. Built to the highest industry standards, the facility provides a resilient and scalable environment for critical digital infrastructure.

VKE was responsible for a broad scope of structural and groundwork activities, completing works efficiently and to a high standard. This included groundworks, underground drainage, and service duct installation, along with constructing pile caps, ground beams, and pre-cast chambers.

Groningen 5 – Netherlands (VKE)

The project is a cutting-edge data centre facility designed to support future digital infrastructure growth. Once complete, it will enhance cloud capacity and efficiency, meeting the increasing demands of a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

VKE is currently delivering a broad scope of works which includes groundworks, underground drainage, and service duct installation, along with the construction of pile caps and ground beams to provide a solid foundation for the facility.

Shuttering Works – Westminster

We were called in at short notice to support one of our valued clients with a Carriageway 1 Virgin Media (VM02) box installation. Despite the tight schedule, our crews mobilised quickly and took full control of the job from the outset.

Delivering works in Westminster, Central London always presents its own challenges, with increased pedestrian flow, complex traffic management requirements and restricted working windows. Our team rose to the challenge, operating safely in a busy public environment.
