A delivery partner built to remove the headache for main contractors.

Rise Utilities is a UK turnkey telecoms infrastructure contractor specialising in fibre-to-the-premises build. We deliver every stage of the FTTP lifecycle, from survey and civils through cabling, splicing, and testing, under one roof, to one standard, with one accountable point of contact.

The company was founded by senior delivery and commercial leaders who came directly from inside the UK's largest Tier 1 telecoms framework holders. We started Rise because we knew the build could be done better, and we knew exactly where the gaps in the existing supply chain were.

Full FTTP lifecycle delivery, under one roof.

You do not coordinate three different contractors for civils, cabling, and testing. You deal with us. We deliver the whole job and hand it back tested, evidenced, and ready to claim.

Three times the production rate of a standard civils gang.

The single biggest cost driver in any FTTP civils job is metres laid per day per gang. Industry average in soft ground is 30 metres per day. Our top crew consistently delivers 90 metres in the same conditions.

Industry Standard
Per day, per civils gang. Soft ground duct laying.

For a main contractor with a programme to hit, that means fewer streets blocked for longer, fewer reinstatements, faster handover to cabling, and a build programme that finishes on time.

We don't send random subcontractors to your job.

Four things that separate us from every other name on your approved supplier list.

01
Operatives are scored, not allocated
Every operative is scored against seven weighted metrics after every job. The scores feed back into who gets allocated to the next job. Poor performers do not get the work. Strong performers get more of it.
02
One contract. One accountable team.
We do not split your job between three subbie shops who blame each other when something goes wrong. Civils, cabling, splicing, testing. Everything sits with us, end to end.
03
Evidence before invoice
Every metre dug, every splice made, every test logged is photographed, traced, and verified before it touches a claim. We never invoice for work we cannot prove.
04
24-hour mobilisation
When you approve a scope, our crews are on site within 24 hours. UK or European sites. We do not need a ramp-up period. The operatives are already on the books.

"Rise deliver exactly what is promised. They focus on relationship before anything which makes the remainder of the process smooth and efficient."

Ready when you are
Let's talk about your programme.

If you have an FTTP build programme, a civils framework, or a delivery scope that needs a partner who shows up and delivers right first time, we would like a seat at the tender table.
