Rise Utilities is a UK turnkey telecoms infrastructure contractor. We were founded by senior delivery and commercial leaders who came directly from inside the UK's largest Tier 1 telecoms framework holders. We started Rise because we knew exactly where the existing supply chain was falling short, and we knew how to fix it.
The founding team spent years inside the Tier 1 FTTP machine. We watched sites go out late. We watched reinstatements fail quality checks. We watched Tier 1 clients get stuck managing a dozen sub-contractors who couldn't keep a programme on track. We watched claim packs go back for rework because the evidence wasn't there.
So we built Rise to remove every one of those failure points. One accountable team. Full evidence before invoice. Scored operatives. Civils production rates that genuinely move a programme forward. And a commercial model that lines up with what main contractors actually need from a supply chain.
Rise is intentionally lean. We do not try to be everything to everyone. We are a specialist FTTP and civils delivery partner for Tier 1 main contractors and network operators, with an energy/EV civils capability as our secondary line. That is it. That is the whole focus.
These are not aspirations. They are how we allocate work, measure performance, and decide what we will and will not take on.
