From first survey to final test, we deliver every stage of fibre-to-the-premises build in-house. Survey, TRR, cabling, CBT installation, splicing, and testing — all to Tier 1 spec, with photographic evidence and PON-level traceability on every claim we submit.
A sloppy survey is how FTTP programmes go out by three weeks on every street. We treat the survey stage as the most important part of the job, because every decision downstream — civils routing, cable budgets, chamber selection, customer access — is made from this single document.
Our survey teams use standardised TRR templates that match the claim-pack format of every Tier 1 framework holder we work with. Surveyors are scored on output accuracy after civils start on site.
Our cabling teams work across overhead and underground networks, with current active accreditations for the major UK FTTP build programmes. We install CBTs, splice sleeves, and loose-tube cables with full label compliance and PON-level traceability from day one.
We are careful about how we sequence cabling against civils. Our project managers run joint sequencing meetings with the main contractor so that cabling crews arrive when the civils are genuinely ready to receive them — not a week before, not a month after.
This is the stage where most claim packs get kicked back. Missing OTDR traces. Unreadable splice photos. Inconsistent labelling against the asset record. Our splicing and testing teams run a single disciplined workflow that closes all of those gaps at source.
Every splice is photographed at the loss measurement and tied back to the PON asset ID. Every OTDR trace is saved against the drop reference. Every claim pack is QA'd before it leaves the office.
"The claim packs from Rise go through on first submission. That does not happen with most of our other delivery partners."
